JAMMU, May 4: Inter School Speedball Championship organised by J&K Sports Speedball Association at Tiny Tots Higher Secondary School Roop Nagar, concluded here today.
Around 200 players from various schools of Jammu participated in the event. Chief Guest on the occasion was Dr Arvind Karwani (Relief & Rehabilitation Commissioner (M) J&K), Pooja Malhotra ( Founder Patron), Dr Anita Sharma (Educational J&K), Pushpinder Singh Charak, District General Secretary BJP and Deepali Handa, Principal were other guests present. Ashu Peter Mattoo (President AJKCS) and Sucha Singh (Retd.HOD Sports SMVDU) were the special guests on this occasion.
The Chief Guest affricated the Association for involving such a big number of youth in the event. General Secretary of the Association Sunny Nanda gave a brief presentation regarding national and international achievements
The matches were officiated by Sahil Kaith, Gurvansh Choudhary,Vishal Kumar, Taniya, Sanvi, Sandeep Sharma, Amer Koshal, Kalish Kashyap,Yogant Singh and Harshdeep Singh under the supervision of event organizers Sunny Nanda.
