REASI, May 7: The Sports Department of Higher Secondary School (HSS) Agharjitto organized an Intramural Sports Competition in Yoga, Badminton, Kho-Kho and Kabaddi.
The event was graced by the presence of Dara Singh, Principal of HSS Agharjitto, as the Chief Guest, along with senior lecturers Bandana Dogra and Sushma Devi, Rahul Bakshi, the Physical Education Teacher (PET) of HSS Agharjitto, briefed the attendees about the purpose of the competition. He revealed that the selected players from the event will have the opportunity to participate in the Inter School Zone Level competition at Reasi.
In his address, Principal Dara Singh emphasized the importance of sports, stating that they not only provide fitness but also offer a platform for students to excel at the district, state, national, and even international levels. The event was coordinated by Devinder Kour, the Physical Education Master, and Rahul Bakshi, ensuring the smooth organization and execution of the intramural competition.
Others were present on the occasion, Ekta Khajuria, Priyanka Dogra, Shiv Dutt Sharma, Anjuma Akther, Chanchal Devi, Neelam Kumari, Pawan Kesar, Raman Kumar, Monika Kapoor, Pooja Sharma, Shradda Nargotra, Sheetal Kumari, Madhu Bala,Manu Sharma and Renu Devi.
