JAMMU, Mar 9: Kashmiri cultural programme and Mushaira was organized by Pir Panchal (CESES) in collaboration with Bazmi Adab Batpora Kanihama Kashmir and Nagrad Adbi Sangam Jammu, today.
The function was presided by Wali Mohammad Assir Kishtwari and the presidium was shared by Ramesh Hangloo, Gh Nabi Shaheen , Mir A K Naz.
The highlights of the programme was a paper presentation by Syed Bashir Kansuar and a Mushaira in Kashmiri attended by the prominent Kashmiri poets of the State.
Speaking on the occasion, Assir Kishtwari laid a stress on the preservation of language and its dissemination among the younger generation.
Other who participated were P N Shad, Mir Afroz, Gh Nabi Shaheen, J L Sarore, Nasir Ahamid Zarger, Syed Bashir Kansoor, Kahlan Koul, A K Naz, Ashok Gawhar, Soom Nath Sanam, Payre Bhan, B N Ablash S N Veer, M L Masroof, Tej Sagar, Sehar Ganderbali Rattan Lal Rattan, Omkar Raina, K L Pardesi, R K Agroor, Prem Nath Prem, Zahir Bhadarwahi, Hilal Kashmiri, Nazir Fareedi, Ghulam Ali Pamposh and B N Hali.
Programme was organised by Vijay Kaul,Adarsh Anand and Rajiv Paras.
