1st 5s Hockey Tournament

JAMMU, May 12: On the 3rd day of the 1st 5s Hockey Tournament, hosted by MBS Hockey Club Simbal under the auspices of Hockey J&K, two matches were held today.
In the first match of the day was played between MBS Hockey Club and Dashmesh Hockey Club which was won by MBS by 8-4 goals.
Chief guest of this match was Sarabjit Singh (DDC Ramgarh, Samba) whereas Chanchal Singh (Advisor Sikh Coordination Committee) & Satwant Singh (Advisor Sikh Coordination Committee) were the guests of honour.
In the 2nd match between Khalsa Warriors Gole Gujral and BSB Hockey Club Poonch was won by BSB Hockey by 9-8 goals. The chief guest of this match was Harminder Singh (Deputy Director Prosecution, JK Police Crime Branch Jammu).
Among the notable attendees were Rajinder Singh (Former President Hockey India), Rajinder Koul, Daljeet Singh, Ishan Sharma, Rajinder Singh Nethu( President MBS Hockey Club), Gurmeet Singh Meeta (Joint Secy MBS Hockey Club), Harmeet Singh (Treasurer MBS Hockey Club), Jasprit Singh (Secy MBS Hockey Club) and Ajmeet Singh and a large gathering of supporters.
The technical panel, led by Iqbal Singh and including Daljeet Singh, Gurpreet Singh, Karanveer Singh, Sukhpreet Singh, Gurmeet Singh, Gursimran Singh, and Samiksha Kumari who ensured the smooth conduct of the tournament.
