NC minority cell alleges massive power cut in Jagti

Jammu, Mar 10: A meeting of J&K National Conference Minority Cell was held at Sher-i- Kashmir Bhawan Jammu under the chairmanship of Rattan Lal Gupta State vice president, Vijay Bakaya MLC, Sheikh Bashir Ahmad  Ex -MLC, provincial secretary and Anil Dhar addressed the meeting
The members of the Minority Cell highlighted their day to day issues. They complained that there is a 18-hour power cut in the electricity supply in Jagti Township which is the major concern of the Minority Cell. It was also brought to the notice of the vice president that large numbers of minority community are still residing in rented accommodations are not getting medical facilities and other amenities for their survival. They demanded on spot recruitment of minority youth in the Police Department.
While addressing the gathering Rattan Lal Gupta assured them that points raised would be taken up with the concerned authorities and brought in the notice of the Party High Command. He asked them to vote for National Conference in the Parliament elections in the State.
While addressing the gathering Vijay Bakaya said that National Conference is a secular party and KPs are safe in the hands of National Conference. National Conference leadership has always supported the cause of the minority community.
