JAMMU, May 19: Bandurakh B Hockey Club defeated Government High School (GHS) Chakk Raklwan on 7th day of Jammu Hockey League Men category, organized by J&K Sports Council under ‘My Youth My Pride’.
The first match of the day was played between Bandurakh B Hockey Club and GHS Chakk Raklwan. Ajay Gupta (Manager, KK Hakku Stadium, Jammu) was chief guest of the first match.
Bandurakh Hockey Club clinched the victory by scoring 5 goals to Nil over the GHS Chakk Raklwan. The Man of the Match was awarded to Abhishek Kumar with Hockey Stick and cash prize for his excellent performance.
The first match was umpired by Dalvinder Singh and Saksham Sharma. Baljit Kour was the reserved umpire and Anju Kumari was the score judge while technical delegates Sonia and Sarbjeet Kour monitored the whole match.
In the second match played between Bandurakh A team and Khalsa Hockey Club (KHC), Rajiv Sharma (Member, J&K Sports Council) was the chief guest while and Dalvinder Singh (Hockey Coach, KK Hakku Stadium) was the guest of honour.
The match was umpired by Saksham Sharma and Sahil Kumar (certified umpires by Hockey India). Gargi was the reserved umpire and Sonia was the score judge while technical delegates Kajal and Anju Kumari monitored the whole match.
The match was fully supervised under the guidance of Jagjit Singh (Hockey Coach, J&K Sports Council) and other J&K Sports Council coaches.
