JAMMU, May 21: An impressive function was organized today at Alexander Memorial School, Residency Road, Jammu.
SP City North Jammu, Shivam Siddharth, was chief guest on the occasion. Prominent management members present were Johnny William and Victor John. Maître Jain (Principal, New Era Environmental School), Neeru Puri (Principal, SD Tarapuri School) and several other dignitaries also graced the occasion.
Principal of the School, Esther William, presented welcome address. On the occasion, Head Boy Lavish Mehra, Head Girl Atufa Anjum and the House captains were decorated with sashes and badges.
The chief guest in his brief but impressive speech urged all the council members to perform the duties assigned to them whole-heartedly and to uphold the values of honesty, integrity and loyality as vital qualities for positions of responsibility and dignity, and become good citizens of the country.
The function concluded with vote of thanks presented by SK Munshi (School coordinator) and the National Anthem played by the School band.
