JAMMU, Mar 13: Akhnoor police today arrested an absconder, who was evading his arrest for the past seven years.
A police spokesman said that, on specific inputs, police team from Akhnoor police station arrested an absconder, who has been identified as Suresh Kumar, son of Gharu Ram of Karangi.
The accused was wanted in a case registered under FIR number 34/2007 under Section 380/34 RPC at police station Akhnoor.
Police produced him in the court of law.
