Doda, Mar 19: To ensure smooth functioning of various departments and punctuality of officers and officials, District Development Commissioner Doda and Additional Deputy Commissioner Doda conducted surprise inspection of various Government offices in Doda and suspended 15 employees, who were found unauthorised absent from duty.
During inspection of Education Department, 4 employees were found absent from duty while during inspection of PHE Department, 6 employees were found absent. Similarly during the checking of Horticulture Department, 5 employees were found unauthorized absent from duty.
All the absentee employees were placed under suspension pending enquiry into the matter. DDC also sort an explanation from the concerned district officer to explain their position regarding such type of absenteeism prevailing in their respective departments.
