Thakur inaugurates Natrang’s Spring Children’s Theatre Camp

JAMMU, Mar 20: Natrang’s Spring Children’s Theatre Camp-2014 was inaugurated by Padamshree Balwant Thakur, Director of Natrang Jammu with the lighting of traditional lamp at Natrang Studio Theatre, here today.
The workshop is being conducted by Neeraj Kant and Aarushi Thakur. Neeraj Kant is an expert of Children Theatre whereas Aarushi Thakur after graduating from St Stephens College, University of Delhi did her Masters from University of Leister, UK and specialized training in Dramatics from Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts, London and is being coordinated by Mohd Yaseen who is National Scholarship holder in theatre from Ministry of Culture, Government of India and Mahikshit Singh. Sumeet Sharma, In-Charge Children and Youth Wing of Natrang was also present at the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, Natrang Director said that a unique opportunity has been provided by Natrang to Jammu children at this appropriate time and they will be exposed to the world of creativity and innovation.
A wholesome and fun-filled training module which applies the most latest developed theatrical devices of self exploration and personality development will be offered to the participating children who will have the occasion to shape up their immense inner abilities while participating in creative games and exercises.
Children who are participating in this workshop include Sushane Dulloo, Sabha, Laith August Sharma, Sanchita Dubey, Tannu Bakshi, Sushant, Shubkrit, Sanvi Sharma, Ayushi Manhas, Aadya Manhas, Agam Kaur, Shruti Bhasin, Ayushi Aggarwal, Asma Gul, Manya Gujral, Mihir Gujral, Chander Pratap Singh Bhau, Shivam Sharma, Niddyaat Singh, Sidhant Bhat, Rouvin Koul, Manik Sharma, Suvinay Jain, Rashmica Nagpal, Abir Beri, Parneel Sharma and Dishant Khajuria.
