JAMMU, Mar 23: Police Martyrs T20 Cricket Tournament, organized jointly by District Poonch Police and Shaheed Manjit Singh Club got underway at Poonch, today.
In the two matches played today, Chandak Cricket Club defeated Power House Club by 4 wickets, while Sunrisers Shankar Nagar got better of Ajot Cricket Club by 2 wickets in a close contest.
Additional SP, Amit Gupta was the chief guest on the inaugural function, while DySP Headquarters, Dinesh Dingra; DySP DAR, Sheikh Khalid Mir and Advocate Sanjay Raina were present on the occasion.
The proceedings of the programme were conducted by Pardeep Khanna.
