Srinagar, Mar 23: An avalanche buried a person in Kangan forests in Ganderbal district today. The body of the deceased was recovered from the snow.
Abdul Rashid Bijran son of Ghulam Hussain resident of Padpati Poshkar had gone to a nearby forests in Kangan for collection of fire wood during the day where he came under a snow avalanche.
Later, the villagers recovered his dead body.
