State plunged into unprecedented crisis due to wrong policies of Govt: PDP

JAMMU, Mar 27: People’s Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for Jammu-Poonch Lok Sabha Yash Pal Sharma, today received rousing support of the people during his road-show from Poonch to Chandimarh covering more than 20 small and big villages and towns of Poonch and Surankote Assembly segments.
The road show which started from Poonch passed through Hari Budda, Bufliaz, Draba, Kalai, Passhna and culminated at Chandimarh.
Hundreds of people were standing on the road-sides to receive PDP candidate.
Yash Pal Sharma regretted that problems of the people of areas like Poonch and Rajouri were not highlighted in the Parliament.
“Our issues were not properly taken up in the Lok Sabha and every Lok Sabha member has ditched people of this hilly region”, he said and assured the people that being native of this neglected belt he was aware of the problems of the common masses.
He flayed Omar Abdullah led coalition regime for its failure to solve day to day problems of the common masses.
Sharma said that the State has been plunged into unprecedented crises due to wrong policies of Omar Abdullah led Government which has failed to connect itself with the common masses.
Meanwhile PDP State secretary Surinder Choudhary today conducted extensive tour of Chowki, Handan, Kalsian, Bhawani, Jhanger, Shair and Kaldai areas of Nowshera Assembly segment and sought support for party candidate Yash Pal Sharma.
In Nagrota Assembly segment Ashiq Hussain along with Kuldeep Sharma campaigned for Yashpal Sharma in the areas of Khanpur, Jagti, Bajigar Colony Sidhra Bye Pass, Domail, Dansal, Kaw Potta and Jindrah. They were accompanied by Chaman Angral, Balwan Singh and others.
Meanwhile, Abdul Hamid Choudhary, co-ordinator for Jammu-Poonch constituency appointed Virender Singh Sonu as co-ordinator for Gandhi Nagar assembly segment.
