JAMMU, July 8: Heritage School dedicated to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment, hosted a Positive Discipline Workshop for educators here today.
The workshop, led by seasoned humanitarian and child protection specialist, Rahul Raja Sharma, aimed to equip teachers and staff with effective strategies and techniques to promote positive discipline in the classroom and beyond.
The session focused on creating a culture of mutual respect, empathy and understanding, encouraging educators to adopt a student-centred approach to discipline. The workshop was a valuable opportunity for educators to learn and grow.
