KATHUA, July 9: The Bani Cricket Club won the trophy in the final match of the Triglot Naag Devta Cricket Tournament here today by a mere 3-run margin. There were 20 teams competing in the tournament, which was exciting for cricket fans and saw fierce competition.
Following a string of intensely competitive games, Bani Cricket Club and Dhugal Cricket Club advanced to the championship match. Each team displayed remarkable skill and tenacity, making the championship game an exciting contest. Bani Cricket Club ultimately prevailed by a slim margin of three runs. Despite a great battle, Dhugal Cricket Club was crowned the runner-up.
Bindra Ban, Ex-Sarpanch Panchayat Sitti was chief guest on the occasion while Dr Rameshwar Singh was the special guest.
