JAMMU, Apr 1: First State Drop-Roball Championship of both men and women in open category organised by J&K Drop-Roball Association commenced today at Vidya Peeth Higher Secondary School, Panjtirthi.
The championship was declared open by RK Bali, district urban president PDP, who was the chief guest on the occasion in presence of Zahid Sheikh, Youth, president, Rajesh Kapoor, president, JKICA.
In the championship, eight teams are participating from different districts including Jammu, Samba, Doda, Reasi, Kathua and Srinagar.
The member of JKDRA present were Ajay Verma, president, Rita Sharma, working president, Sunil Kumar, organizing secretary, Irfan Choudhary, general secretary and Mohit Singh Bhau, advisor.
