Srinagar, Apr 1: A 5-year-old boy was drowned in river Jehlum in Anantnag district.
A police spokesman said Zafar Ahmad Dar son of Zahoor Ahmad of Batapora, Khanabal, slipped into river Jehlum while playing near the river.
His body was fished out from the river by the locals.
