5 injured in road accidents

JAMMU, Apr 2: Five persons were injured in road accidents at different locations.
As per reports, two persons were injured, when the motorcycle they were riding on was hit by a school bus in Gandhi Nagar area of the winter capital.
The injured identified as Rakesh Kumar, son of Ghandarbh Singh and Sudesh Singh, son of Vakil Singh, both residents of district Udhampur were rushed to Government Hospital, Gandhi Nagar and later referred to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) for specialized treatment, where their condition was stated to be stable, when last reports came in.
In another incident, Sukh Raj, son of Amar Nath of Bishnah was injured, when a Ford Fiesta car bearing registration number JK02AX-0037 hit him near Muthi area, falling under the jurisdiction of Domana police station.
He was rushed to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), where he was responding to the treatment, when last reports came in.
Meanwhile, Ramesh, son of Mast Ram of Billawar was injured after being hit by an unidentified vehicle in Gandhi Nagar area, whereas Jagdish Raj, son of Sai Dass of Jangwal, RS Pura received injuries after being hit by an unknown vehicle near Jangwal.
Both the injured were shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), where their condition was stated to be stable, when last reports came in.
Cases under relevant Sections have been registered at concerned police stations and investigation started.
