We got very much disturbed to find word secular used with National Conference by K P Minority Cell, when there is no mention of word minority in the J&K Constitution, which has been drafted and adopted during NC rule in the J&K State. Further, you would be disappointed to know that there is no provision in the constitution for minorities of the State. The NC is still opposed to the introduction of word secular in the State constitution. Refer to the proceedings of the last Assembly session of Feb-Mar 2014, I would request the National Conference Minority Cell to first seek your minority status and then talk of voting for National Conference.
