It is most unfortunate on the part of Govt that it has not released the 3rd installment of Pay Commission arrears to the State Govt pensioners upto this date. What sin the State Govt pensioners have done that after a lapse of so many months we have not received the 3rd installments. During these hard days the State Govt pensioners are worst sufferers due to their meagre pension.
It is requested to the Finance Minister to direct the officers of treasury to immediately release the installment. Also release the DA arrears (6%) from Jan 2009 to June 2009.
