JAMMU, Aug 11: The Jammu and Kashmir Swimming Association is conducting trials for the 77th Senior National Aquatic Championship on August 17, at the swimming pool of Jodhamal Public School.
As per the statement, the National Championship will take place at the International Swimming Complex in Yemmekere, Mangalore, from September 10 to 13, organized by the Karnataka Swimming Association under the Swimming Federation of India.
The selection for the J&K (UT) team will follow the guidelines of the Swimming Federation of India and J&K Sports Council. The process will be overseen by President Ramandeep Singh Soodan and General Secretary Bharat Kumar Sharma, along with other office bearers and coaches.
The organisers have informed swimmers across J&K (UT) to arrive at the Jodhamal Public School swimming pool by 10 am sharp on August 17 (Saturday).
