J&K Swimming Asso holds trials for Senior National Aquatic C’ship

JAMMU, Aug 18: The Jammu & Kashmir Swimming Association conducted trials at the Swimming Complex of Jodhamal Public School, Jammu here today. As per the handout issued the trials attracted over a hundred swimmers from across the Union Territory, including participants from J&K Police and various other organizations.
The statement said the rigorous selection process resulted in the formation of a ten-member team, consisting of five men and five women, who will represent Jammu & Kashmir at the 77th Senior National Aquatic Championships 2024. This prestigious event will take place from September 10 to 13, 2024, at the International Swimming Complex in Yemmekere, Mangalore, organized by the Karnataka Swimming Association under the auspices of the Swimming Federation of India.
The event was supervised by the President of the J&K Swimming Association, Ramandeep Singh Soodan, and General Secretary Bharat Kumar Sharma, who were present throughout the trials to oversee the proceedings.
