POONCH, Aug 23: On the second day of the Inter-District Provincial Level Football Tournament for U-14 and U-17 girls held at Sports Stadium Poonch, District Jammu emerged victorious in the U-14 category. They secured the title by defeating District Kathua with an impressive 3-0 score. This tournament featured various districts from the Jammu Division.
In the U-17 category, the semi-final matches were highly competitive, setting the stage for a thrilling final. In the second semi-final, District Jammu faced District Reasi and advanced to the final with a commanding 4-0 victory, demonstrating their strong performance and determination throughout the match. The final match in this category will see District Jammu competing against the host, District Poonch, tomorrow.
