JAMMU, Aug 27: Eight students from KC Public School-Shreedha Gupta, Pranay Sharma, Suhas Koul, Kaavin Bhushan, Adhiraj Mahajan, Aarav Singh, Divyanshi Rajput and Achyut Khajuria excelled at the 7th Jodhamal Youth Conclave (JYC), held at Jodhamal Public School. The three-day event featured seven committees, including Lok Sabha, SPECOL (Special Political and Decolonization Committee), ICIJSC (International Consortium Of Investigative Journalism Special Corps), UNW (UN Women), AIPPM (All India Political Party Meet), IP (International Press) and CPH (Concilium Prospere Hindustan).
The conference covered various national and international issues. SPECOL focused on contemporary colonialism and Chinese hegemony, while Lok Sabha discussed decoloniality in India. AIPPM reviewed electoral reforms, UN Women tackled gender equality, and ICIJSC and IP covered the event.
KCPS delegates achieved remarkable results: Suhas Koul won the Outstanding Delegate Award, Pranay Sharma and Kaavin Bhushan received Special Mentions, Aarav Singh and Achyut Khajuria earned Verbal Mentions. Chairman Raju Choudhary, Vice Chairman Arjun Choudhary, MD Arti Choudhary, Principal A.K. Mishra and Vice Principal Sanjay Pandey praised their exceptional performances.
