I believe the OCA will do its best to turn this vision into a reality. I acknowledge the efforts made by OCA to enhance sports infrastructure for athletes. We are at a time when the world of sports is evolving rapidly. We must spread the message of peace and unity through sports. Let us all move together forward in a new direction where the world of sports becomes even brighter.”

This gathering in itself is a testimony to how sports can bring a diverse group of people together and create a feeling of brotherhood, we all must thrive to take it forward. I must also congratulate Randhir Singh Ji for bringing back the OCA General Assembly to Delhi after a gap of 25 years.
