KATRA, Sept 22: Jugal Kishore, an Independent candidate and ex Cabinet Minister Contesting the Assembly elections from Mata Vaishno Devi constituency, is actively engaging with the people through public outreach meetings and door-to-door campaigns. He is receiving overwhelming public support, largely due to the significant work he has done for the region during his previous tenure as a Cabinet Minister.
Addressing election rallies today, Jugal said. A key focus of Kishore’s campaign is his commitment to continuing the development work he initiated during his time as a Cabinet Minister, which has not been taken seriously over the past 10 years. He said he is determined to ensure that these projects, which are crucial for the progress of the constituency, are completed.
Jugal Kishore has also vowed to block the Gondola Project, proposed for the Mata Vaishno Devi Yatra, as he believes it will harm local businesses in Katra. He has promised to protect the local community’s interests and ensure the sustainable development of the region.
Additionally, Kishore prioritized the settlement of issues faced by daily wagers, assuring proper resolutions for their concerns. Furthermore, he has pledged to address the longstanding concerns of the Bharidaar community, bringing their issues to a conclusion that benefits them.
