SAMBA, Sept 22: Senior BJP leader and former Minister, Chander Prakash Ganga today said that his party has eradicated terrorism from Jammu and Kashmir, and stability and peace are the only way forward.
Addressing a series of public meetings at Meen Charakan, Badhori, Rahya, Gowal, Tarore, Jakh, and Koulpur, Ganga in Vijaypur Assembly constituency, Ganga launched a sharp attack on the leadership of the National Conference (NC), People’s Democratic Party (PDP), and Congress, accusing them of politicizing security issues and spreading false narratives.
Ganga castigated policies of INDI alliance and said that a simple comparison of the figures of militancy related incidents between the NC, PDP and Congress tenures and that of BJP will expose the stark contrast stunning Abdullahs, Muftis and Gandhis because today under the strong leadership of PM Narendra Modi, J&K is treading steadfastly towards peace and progress unlike the tenures of weak and meek regimes of the NC, PDP and Congress leaders, who always preferred their vested interests over the interests of common man and that of the country pushing the crown of India-J&K towards a complete mess and an era of death and destruction.
Citing Home Minister Amit Shah’s statement, Ganga said that soon after ensuring a double-engine government in J&K post October 8, BJP will bury the remains of terrorism in J&K so deep that the people will forget this scourge once and for all.
“Terrorism not only has halted Kashmir’s progress but also damaged Jammu’s growth as well. People should join hand against those who are hell bent to bring terrorism back to J&K. People have seen the change and progress in last 10 years and will not fell prey to these malicious proganda of the INDI alliance,” the former Minister asserted.
Others present in the meeting were district general secretary Amit Dubey, district secretary Narinder Partap, Daljeet Singh Bagal and Ramesh Kumar.
