JAMMU, Sept 22: Jal Shakti Department has disengaged services of two Need Based Casual Labourers (NBCL) for violation of Model Code of Conduct and violation of the Jammu and Kashmir Government Employees (Conduct) Rules, 1971.
Namely Sadiq Lone, son of Ghulam Mohammad Lone, resident of Kachwari Budgam and Mohammad Ashraf Shah, son of Ghulam Hassan, resident of Khansahib, these NBCL were working in PHE Sub Division Khansahib, PHE Division, Budgam.
According to an order, the duo was involved in political activities during the ongoing Assembly elections in violation of MCC as well as in violation of the Jammu and Kashmir Government Employees (Conduct) Rules, 1971.
