JAMMU, Sept 27: The Industries and Commerce Department (I&C Deptt) has appointed the Nodal Officer (NO), Technical Officer (TO), and a Member to monitor and implement the Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme (RAS) 2022 in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
