SRINAGAR, Oct 15: Danish Manzoor, a talented Taekwondo athlete from Kashmir, will represent India at the 6th KASAD Asian Open G2 Olympic Ranking Championship in Tangerang City, Indonesia, from October 15 to 19. This prestigious event, crucial for Olympic rankings, attracts top athletes from across Asia.
Danish is sponsored by DLOI Exports, an Indian-based manufacturer and exporter, which supports his journey in international Taekwondo. This backing reflects the company’s dedication to promoting sports and nurturing talent in India.
Earlier this year, Danish impressed at the World Taekwondo Presidents Cup-Asia Region, securing 6th rank and proving his mettle on the global stage. Under the guidance of Master Atul Pangotra, J&K’s chief coach, and Aasif Ahmed Shah (NIS, S&C), Danish has been preparing diligently for this championship.
