MAHORE, May 5: The Zonal Level Inter-School Tournament of Mahore zone in the disciplines of volleyball, kho-kho and kabaddi Under-14 and Under-17 boys and girls concluded at Government Higher Secondary School, here today.
Earlier, in kabaddi Under-14 girls, Pir Panchal HS Mahore defeated Mountaineer Convent School Mahore by 7 points (11-4), while in kabaddi Under-14 boys, MS Mahore got better of PIR Panchal Public School Mahore by 3 points (21-18).
In kho-kho Under-17 girls, Govt HSS Mahore defeated Pir Panchal Public School Mahore to win the title, while in kho-kho Under-17 boys, Govt HSS Mahore drubbed Pir Panchal Public School Mahore by 2 points (21-19).
The matches were officiated by a panel of experts from the Department of Youth Services and Sports including Pardeep Kumar, Tarsem Lal, Ram Murti, Ranjeet Singh and Ram Ashra.
