Nitan Gupta (Math)drubbed Pankaj (Sanskrit) and Samandeep Singh (Math) got better of Gopal Sharma (Sanskrit).
Earlier, in chess (men) 1st semifinal, Math Deptt outplayed Geography by (2-1). Nitan (Math) beat Rajan (Geography), Ayush (Geography) drubbed Samandeep (Math) and Samandeep (Math) beat Ayush (Geography), while in chess (men) 2nd semifinal, Sanskrit Deptt outclassed Economics by (2-1), with Amarjeet (Economics) beating Yashpal (Sanskrit), Gopal Sharma (Sanskrit) trounced Moninder (Economics).
In badminton men’s final, The Law School beat Physical Education by (2-0). Chander Dev (Law School) defeated Taranpal Singh (Phy Edu) by (2-1) with (21-15,13-21,16-21).

In badminton women’s final, Psychology beat Law School by (2-0). Dhanvir Kour (Psychology) beat Antra (Law School) by (21-10), while Dhanvir and Komal (Psychology) got better of Antra and Harneet (Law School) by (21-16), while in semifinal, The Law School beat MCA Deptt by (2-0). Antra (Law School) beat Ankita (MCA) by (21-4). Antra and Harneet (Law School) beat Akshma and Ankita (MCA) by (21-11).
