Massive search launched to trace missing boy

SRINAGAR, May 9: Police today claimed to have launched massive search to trace the 3-year-old boy missing Fahim Asgar son of Mohammad Asgar lone of Nowpora, Khanyar, in Srinagar.
A police spokesman said Fahim is reported to be missing from his home since May 6.
“A footware of the missing boy was found on the banks of a nearby canal. We have pressed River police to search the boy in the canal in Babedemb. Besides, all state police stations have been flashed details of the missing boy and searches have been launched at all entry and exit points in the State,” the spokesman.
He said numerous search teams have been constituted who are checking the hotels and the tenents in and around Srinagar to trace the missing boy.
“If anybody having any information regarding the missing boy may please inform the nearst police station or contact 0194245509, 9596770660, 9596770874 or Police Control Room Srinagar on Dial 100,” the spokesman at added.
