JAMMU, May 9: A protest rally was organized, under the banner of Jammu West Assembly Movement, against the new recruitment policy of the coalition Government and for increasing the unemployment among the educated youth at Amphalla-Janipur High Court Road, and started indefinite agitation today.
Addressing the protestors, Sunil Dimple, president Jammu West Assembly Movement alleged that in our State, unemployment among the youth is rising high and the new Recruitment policy of this Congress-NC Government is a black spot on the face of the education.
The youths of the area came on roads, blocked roads disrupted traffic, with banners in hands raised and slogans against the Government like “Berozgari Haey haey”, “Takht Badal do Taj Badal do”, “Beimano Ka Raj Badal Do” and “Recruitment Policy Vapis Lo Vapis Lo”.
Sunil Dimple gave 20 days ultimatum to coalition Government to withdraw policy, or get ready to quit.
Dimple said the seventy thousands vacant jobs and many more posts are lying vacant, in the Government Departments but the Government is only busy in making money by back door appointments.
The other prominent leaders who addressed the Rally were Dr O N Pandita, Dr Sahil Pandoh, Eng Tarun Sharma, Eng Arujn, Sanyam Pandoh, Sumit Sharma, Kunal, Sachin Soi, Vikas, Vinod Suri, Sham Saroop Gupta, Ramesh Chander Kohli, Milkh Raj, Harbans Todon, Viky, Rakesh, Babu, Vipen, Dev Raj and others.
