JAMMU, Nov 28: Tarun Chauhan, General Secretary of the Udhampur Table Tennis Association (UTTA), met Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha at Raj Bhawan, Jammu, to discuss sports development in the region.
Chauhan highlighted key issues, including the need for a modern indoor sports hall in Udhampur to provide young athletes with better training and competition opportunities. He also emphasized the recruitment of qualified coaches and provision of modern sports equipment, such as table tennis tables.
LG Manoj Sinha gave a patient hearing and assured prompt action on the matters raised. Chauhan thanked the LG for his support in advancing sports infrastructure in the region.
