JAMMU, May 13: Former Senior Superintendent of Police, Manohar Singh was today released from high-security Kot Bhalwal jail following a conditional bail given by the Apex Court.
Advocate Ashwani Khajuria filed an application with the order of Supreme Court before the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge Jammu Nighat Sultana.
The 2nd Additional Sessions Judge issued docket for release of Manohar Singh from the jail after the accused furnished bail and personal bonds to the tune of Rs one lakh each.
