JAMMU, Dec 17: The J&K UT Strength Lifting and Inclined Bench Press Championship for men and women in Sub-Junior, Junior, Senior, and Master categories concluded at Galaxy Gym 2.0, Jeevan Nagar. The event was organized by the J&K UT Strength Lifting Association.
Rajat Sharma and Bishnesh Sharma, Deputy Superintendent of J&K Police were present at the event as dignitaries. They distributed medals to the winners and runners-up.
Vikrant Singh (Inclined Bench Press) and Neha Bahu (Strength Lifting) were awarded the Best Lifter titles. Around 70 participants from various districts of J&K UT competed in the championship.
The event was conducted under the rules of the India Strength Lifting Federation, with support from association officials including Ajay Sharma (General Secretary), Rahul Sawhney, Deepak Jyoti, Umesh Raina, Vinay Sharma and Vishal Singh.
