JAMMU, Dec 22: The Jammu & Kashmir Amateur Kabaddi Association has announced the list of probables for the 50th Junior National Kabaddi Championship, which will take place in Haridwar from January 8 to 11, 2025. The event is being organized under the banner of the J&K Amateur Kabaddi Association and J&K Sports Council.
The selected players include Vanshit Sharma (Jammu), Mir Danish Manzoor (Anantnag), Deepak Kumar (Jammu), Rohit Singh (Jammu), Vansh Sharma (Jammu), Moomim Qayoom (Baramulla), Aqaib Hussain (Srinagar), Rakesh Kumar (Udhampur), Rahul Chib (Jammu), Aryan Sharma (Jammu), Shivanshu Singh Jasrotia (Kathua), Karun Sharma (Jammu), Sahil Farooq (Anantnag) and Ritik Singh (Jammu).
The list of probable in girls section: Naysa Singh (Kathua), Kanika Sharma (Udhampur), Tajamul Islam (Bandipora), Varsha (Kathua), Ishika (Doda), Rashika (Jammu), Divya Chouhan (Samba), Ayman Khursheed (Baramulla), Komal Sharma (Doda), Vaibhavi Sharma (Rajouri), Sania Rajput (Udhampur), Sherish Rashid (Kupwara), Shannaz (Jammu) and Anjali Rani (Jammu).
The organiser said players have been asked to submit a fitness certificate from the Chief Medical Officer, an NOC from their parents, and a domicile certificate before joining the camp. Additionally, Kashish, Aman, Sagar and Vinay, selected from the Army, were not considered for the final list as they failed to provide the necessary NOC from GOC.
