JAMMU, Dec 24: Jammu Sanskriti School, Jammu, marked a remarkable presence at the recently concluded CBSE Adolescents Summit, showcasing the extraordinary talents of its students. The event, celebrating youth creativity, saw students excelling in various competitions.
Hargun Anand stood out in the elocution competition with a thought-provoking speech that captivated the audience with her powerful message. Krishnay delivered a mesmerizing Dance performance, blending grace and energy, while Kanakreet’s impactful Nukkad Natak (street play) addressed social issues, leaving a lasting impression. Ishmeet Kour wowed the judges with her artistic brilliance in the Painting competition, presenting innovative and vivid artwork.
In line with the summit’s focus on youth well-being, the school also set up a stall dedicated to mental health and well-being. This initiative highlighted Jammu Sanskriti School’s ongoing efforts to promote a balanced lifestyle for its students, emphasizing both mental and physical health.
The students were mentored by Sarika Sharma, Head of the Commerce Department and Coordinator for Peer Educators, whose guidance was instrumental in their success. Principal Rohini Aima expressed immense pride in the students’ achievements, praising their creativity and confidence. She reaffirmed the school’s commitment to fostering holistic development and providing platforms for students to grow and express themselves.
