SRINAGAR, May 25: Police today found an unidentified male body, aged around 55 years near Hassanwani village in Pulwama district.
A police spokesman said police was informed by some locals that a body is lying near Hassanwani village in Pulwama.
“A police party rushed to the spot and recovered the body. Investigations under Section 174 CrPC has been started to ascertain cause of the death and efforts are on to establish the identity of the deceased,” the spokesman said.
He said the body has been kept at PHC Pantha Chowk for identification and if anybody has any information regarding the deceased may please contact mobile: 9419008322 or Police Control Room, Srinagar on Dial 100.
