SRINAGAR, May 29: Model Government Degree College, Chrar-i-Sharief organized Cross Country Boys Road Race on today.
The run was dedicated to ”Great teachings of the Sofi Saint Hazrat Sheikh-ul-Alam Sheikh Noor-ud-Din (RA). The event took place at 6.30 a.m. from the Dargah Sheikh Noor-ud-Din and was flagged off by the Principal of the College, Prof. Abdul Majid Sofi. A good number of students took part in the race. The race concluded at Sports Stadium, Chrar-i-Sharief.
Kaiser Ahmad Hurrah of B.G Part 3rd, Mudasir Qadir of 2nd year and Sameer Ahmad of B.G. Part 3rd bagged first, 2nd and 3rd position respectively.
The Principal thanked staff of the College, Tehsil administration, staff of BMO Chrar-i-Sharief and SHO Chrar-i-Sharief for rendering full cooperation to make the event successful.
