SRINAGAR, June 4: ONGC Football Club held Air India Football Club to (1-1) goal draw in Group ‘B’ match of the Kashmir Invitation Football Cup 2014 at Polo Ground, here today.
ONGC FC took the early lead in 17th minute of the match through striker Lal Moon Puya with a fine header. In the second half, Allan Das from Air India Football Club leveled the score in 57th minute of the match. Both the teams played aggressive and skillful game and managed a draw. For superb display of soccer skills, F Lal Muanpofa of ONGC FC was declared man of the match.
N K Bhatai, former general secretary Delhi Soccer Association and Mohmad Yaseen Khan, chairman Economic Alliance Kashmir were the guests of honour on the occasion.
SBT, Kerala will take on J&K Bank XI at Mini Stadium Bandipora at 4 pm tomorrow.
