Tata Salt adopts branding route to educate consumers

JAMMU, June 17: Tata Salt, a pioneer in India’s branded-salt industry, in its effort to spread awareness amongst consumers about the significance of consuming iodised pure salt, takes up the initiative of branding the uniquely beautiful shikaras (houseboats), which are a popular tourist attraction at Dal Lake in Kashmir.
Tata Salt has also initiated several consumer engagement activities such as sensitizing the interior towns of Kashmir by conducting purity tests in neighborhoods, encouraging the participation of bystanders thereby reaching out to both, the locals and the tourist population.
