JAMMU, June 23: Agriculture Displaced Employees Welfare Association (ADEWA) organized a function at Krishi Bhawan Talab Tillo Jammu here, today to observe its Foundation Day.
The meeting while discussing various issues confronted to the displaced employees particularly highlighted the issue of cash in lieu.
The function was chaired by V K Kashkari ex-chairman ADEWA who highlighted the circumstances that led to formation of organization. It also paid rich tributes to members of organization who died over the years.
The meeting was addressed by Kuldeep Mattas, Surinder Koul, A K Bhat, H K Raina and Bihari Lal Raina.
The vote of thanks was proposed by Panjak Handoo, vice chairman ADEWA and proceedings were conducted by Rajinder Tickoo general secretary of the Association.
