SRINAGAR, Aug 6: Vice Chairman State Advisory Board for the Welfare and Development of Other Backward Classes, Kuldeep Raj Sharma called on Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah here today.
Sharma discussed various matters relating to the welfare of other backward classes. He presented a memorandum of demands to the Chief Minister which included the demands for enhancement of reservation for OBCs, enhancement of income slab, release of funds for Sub-Plan and funds for the construction of two hostels one each at Srinagar and Jammu.
