J&K Cadre IAS Probationers meet Governor

SRINAGAR, Aug 6:  A group of four IAS Probationers of 2013 batch, who have been allotted Jammu and Kashmir Cadre, called on N. N. Vohra, Governor, here at the Raj Bhavan today.
The group of IAS Probationers comprised Anshul Garg, Kritika Batra, Avny Lavasa and Vikas Kundal.
The Governor urged the Probationers to make the best use of their ongoing training programme in the State and gain a close understanding of the problems faced by the ordinary people, particularly those living in the remote and difficult areas of J&K. He advised the young officers to maintain the highest level of probity and integrity and complete dedication to the honest and efficient discharge of their responsibilities. He also advised them to learn the State and local languages, which would enable them to gain first hand understanding of the challenges faced by the people at large. The Governor wished all the officers bright careers ahead.
