LOS ANGELES, Aug 8: James Franco and Seth Rogen’s controversial film ‘The Interview’ gets pushed to Christmas Day release.
The film was earlier scheduled to release on October 10 date and now has been postponed to December 25, pinning it against ‘Paddington’, ‘Into the Woods’ and ‘Big Eyes’ and ‘Unbroken’, reported Ace Showbiz.
No explanation has been given so far as to why the flick was pushed back.
In the comedy, Franco and Rogen play a talk show host and a producer who score an interview with the North Korean leader and are asked by the US government to assassinate him during their visit to the controversial nation. (PTI)
