JAMMU, Aug 19: Four day long 45th Regional Sports Meet organized by KV Sunjwan commenced today in the school premises.
The function was inaugurated by Manish Tuli, Principal of KV Sunjuwan in presence of faculty members and participants of the meet.
The programme commenced with welcome speech by Principal of Vidyalaya. He highlighted the importance of Sports in Student’s life. He eulogized the role of KVS in building the career of children and contributing in the Nation building.
Students from 18 schools of Jammu Region are participating in Chess, Skating, Lawn Tennis, Throwball and Jumping events.
The oath ceremony was conducted by Rajesh Sharma, PET of the Vidyalaya and Co-ordinator of the Regional Sports Meet.
