JAMMU, Aug 19: On the recommendation of Election Commission of India, Choudhary Rashid Azam Inqalabi, Deputy Commissioner Ramban, has been transferred and directed to report to the GAD till further orders.
Consequent upon this, Farooq Ahmed Shah, Regional Director, Survey and Land Reforms, Rajouri, is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner Ramban in place of R A Inqalabi.
Meanwhile, according to a separate order, Qazi Sarwar, Secretary in the Commission of Inquiry, appointed vide SRO-375 dated 23-8-2013, is transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Srinagar, against an available vacancy.
Sachin Dev Singh Jamwal, Assistant Commissioner (Central) with the Divisional Commissioner Jammu, has been assigned the job of Secretary, Commission of Inquiry, which shall be in addition to his own duties and till further orders.
Mohammad Hussain Mir, Deputy Commissioner (Central) in the office of Financial Commissioner, Revenue, shall hold the charge of the post of Additional District Development Commissioner, Srinagar, in addition to his own duties till further orders.
