BOH(KULGAM), July 17: Minister for Social Welfare, Sakina Itoo today said that the Government is fully committed for the development of the State. The Minister said this after inaugurating a sports stadium here today. The stadium is being constructed at a cost of Rs.20 lakhs including Rs. 5 lakhs on protection bund, Rs.10 lakh on earth and GSB filling, while Rs.5 lakhs on the construction of main drain and irrigation channel, on which the construction works is in progress.
The Minister said that ever since the Omar Abdullah Government was framed in the State, a new era of development has taken place in Jammu and Kashmir. She said the people are the best judges on the work done by the present coalition Government.
